The Challange of Buying Second Hand Older Kids Clothes

So, you're a Pre Loved convert, the trill of the thrift has got you hooked, but as your children get older it seems harder and harder to find good quality second hand children's clothing, am I right?

As a mum of three teens and a tween I discovered how hard it was to shop secondhand for the 10-15 pre teen to teen years and how expensive it gets especially when their eyes are oped to designer kids clothes!

Where do I go to find Pre Loved teen clothes? Well it's a struggle, if your's like one offs or vintage then Depop is great but I found it's a bit of a rummage, not the easiest to navigate to find what you really want. Luckily we have a Vintage store local to us which is great as the sizing of vintage clothes can be way off so be warned, always asking for measurements.

My teens now love a charity shop find. Teaching them the value of clothes means that the allure of fast fashion brands has been outweighed by the thrill of finding something well within their budget.

For an easier option Vinted is our go to, its easy to use, you can make offers, refine your search to the condition of clothes but you are charge a buying fee on top of post and your paying price so watch out for that!

None of the above though are a reliable constant source and you are paying post more often that not for a single item which adds to the cost of the item drastically & I never found a re-seller like myself that held clothes in older ages of any quality.
